How many times do you drop your smartphone or cellphone a day? How many pieces is it in?

My phone slips out of my hand while I am using it about 2 -3 times a month,  never busted it yet but it will usually be in 3 pieces.  It's just waiting for me to drop it from a 3rd or 7th floor balcony so I try remember to stay away from the edge while I am using it. 

Not near daily. I have never cracked my screen. I have cracked the protective glass over my screen. Those are well worth their cost.

Twice since I have had it.(Over three years.) But I rarely use it. And, believe it or not, it is milspec rugged.
