When was the last time you were in a mall? I have to go in one today to get my glasses fixed. I don’t like it.

Our malls are filled with teenagers and old Italian men, who sit in the food courts all day and stare at people. Too scary.

    I wander through the mall till I get to Superstore about 5 times a month to get groceries.

    At Metrotown mall Superstore is one of the anchor stores for the mall. Around here a major supermarket so often THE anchor store for smaller malls -draws in the crowds.

  • Truthfully, I cannot recall the last time I indulged in the fantastic sights, sounds, and smells of an indoor mall. I live in the middle of nowhere and the closest thing I've been to in the past 10 years is a thrift shop in an old house with many rooms. 
    GOD! I used to love the malls...the food courts, Macy's, GNC, the Rest Rooms! Ahhhhhhhhh Good times!

    Oh, my, Twinkle Dink -- I'm afraid that song would keep me away from a mall. That was pretty bad for me! Ha! But bad in a fun way. i never heard of that song or singer. (And, believe it or not, that guy in the video did nothing for me, ha!)

  • That is actually a clip from the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother"  starring Neil Patrick Harris.  It is from a scene poking fun at the 80's and mall culture at the time.  LOL!  Trust me.  It's not to be taken too seriously.

    I was trying to make a joke about no one going to retails stores anymore because of online shopping. which makes me sort of sad. I don't like to see so much abandonment of buying stuff for mpeople in person. i don't know.
