first into a small plastic container
    then when full,
    into the gallon plastic container,
    then when full, dump
    into coin machine
    that counts it all...

I put them in a holder that counts them before I roll them. Except for pennies. I just put those in a jar.

It's just a little plastic thingy that you put the coins into and puts them into plastic tubes with a slot in it to let you know when it is full. Quite accurate, though.

I try to take the coins out of my purse every night.  I sort them into small plastic baggies.  Now I have to get to the bank to get more wrappers so I can roll them.  I don't think the bank will take loose change.

  • The baggie thing is a smart idea. I might start doing that after I get the mess already sorted.

I had it all in a big plastic pretzel container.  Then I decided to sort it all out, so I put it in baggies thinking it would make it easier when I go to roll it.  I keep forgetting to go to the bank and get wrappers.

  • I think you can get the plastic rollers st the dollar store. At least that way don’t have to count :) the bags is a great idea though.

G- swipe the cards. No change necessary.

Change can't buy as much as it used to. In the old days, you could buy a new car with it. Nowadays, it will buy you a bag of groceries at most.
