    I love pasta in any form. Homemade preferably.  

    My aunt made a home made lasagna that was awesome and it was basically cheese and sauce and layers of pasta.  The texture and flavor made you want more even though you were bursting at the seams.

    I am Italian (half) and I was raised by Italians on my mom's side and that is how we ate.  Italian.  It was not a bad life, I tell you. Amazing cooks that showed me how to cook.


    My grandpa made home made red wine in casks in his basement.  THEY WERE REALLY OLD SCHOOL.  The best food ever.
