How many minutes (or seconds) can you keep paying attention when someone explains the difference between vegan and vegetarian? zzzzzzzzzzzz

I can explain it in 20 seconds.  Way to long for you to pay attention to many things.  And it gets worse.  Raw is key.  Raw and live.  So if you are eating Vegan, you may THINK you are healthy but you really are not as healthy as you think.

When something is cooked it is automatically denatured.  Little nutrition.

It's always something.  We're all gonna die, but I really do not want to die of some dread disease that will linger for days weeks or years, so I pay attention to what is the best fuel for my body.

I feel sluggish after cooked foods and alive after raw living foods, so I think that is an indication that cooked food is not where it is at, at least for me, healthwise.

Well, that is obvious.  People who are stuck in time often get exhausted from it and don't know why.

What's difficult to explain or comprehend? It's an incredibly simple concept.

Vegans don't use or consume anything that comes from animals.

    Vegetarians don't consume animal flesh.

    The end.

The difference between vegan and vegetarian is that vegetarians aren't food Nazis. How do you know if somebody is vegan? They'll tell you. Several times. Per minute.

I know many people have a number of specific differences. Then there are also other categories of primarily vegetable food eating people which are used as well and distinctions are made for those.  So can become sort of like talking political parties and shades of political belief.  I just go with what I grew up with. I am a vegetarian eating primarily vegetable food.  "Vegan" I don't pretend to know anything about.  And oh I pronounce it "vejan" (short e) because that makes more sense to me.  The other way makes it sound like something obscene.
