Richie Neal is going to get Trump's TAX RETURNS. No doubt about it.

The big question is why is Trump fighting it? What is the problem? He did recently claim (lie) that he had nothing to hide...

Before the election Trump said (lied) that he would release his returns, but of course, never did. That “under audit” claim is as stupid and likely false, as it is irrelevant (much like his presidency will be remembered).
My guess is that Trump feels not releasing his tax returns and continuing to lie and obfuscate would bring him less personal harm and humiliation than releasing them.
What if it is revealed he isn’t worth even a billion? His ENTIRE facade collapses. Everything in Trump’s life is predicated on his alleged wealth, such a revelation would be fatal to his public persona.
