What? The Periodic Table?  I'm shocked, totally flabbergasted, gobsmacked and taken aback. 
Did I mention suprised?

It's elementary, my dear Randy.
Please allow me to help you in your area of struggle.
Here are 3 simple instructions:
You, see, the human body is a piece of classical art. Most college men Try to hit a home run or score touchdowns. This approach rarely works.  Kicking for a goal is even worse.

Most human bodies like to be handled with care. Take a moment and watch a ballet.
A classic story is Swan Lake.  Think as if you were Baryshnikov, handling the body with intricate balance and finesse, yet supporting it effortlessly with strength and grace.
Lucky for you, clothing is normally sparse in these surroundings.  If there is any, it is mostly lacey or silky. Items that are soft to the touch. I have a feeling you will like it. ;)
You will need oxygen to breathe and you are made of carbon but you don't have to worry about those things. 
We have Element to take care of that part of the equation.  I'm so sparse these days, I haven't heard from him and hope he is doing o.k.  
Don't you worry your handsome little head over the matter.  I miss him and got distracted.
Where was I?  Ahhh, yes.  Things you have trouble with.
