How to comfort your girlfriend during a scary movie ?

Me and my girlfriend are going to the movies for the first time together tomorrow were going to see Pet Semetery she loved the old one but the new one kind of scared her she's already seen it. I haven't seen it yet. I don't get why she wants to see it again if it scared her but I guess it's one of her favorites both of us love horror movies. If she gets upset or scared how can I comfort her ?

Wrap up in a blanket together on the couch and have the dog nearby.
Dogs always know when the boogyman is hanging around.

"Don't worry, babe - - you've already seen it. There's nothing like an old, familiar scare. You survived the first time, you will again."

  • It is about time we evolved the language  to "Me and you"....  Sounds better and makes more sense really.

I disagree. If you remove the other person from the equation entirely and continue the sentence, it would read, “Me is going to the movies.”  Even using the same verb would be senseless; “Me are going to the movie.”

If in your opinion it makes more sense to say “Me and my” instead, that doesn’t mean it’s correct.

The sentence in question does not even include the word “you “.
