  • No, I don't. I understand how in the age of "surveillance capitalism" someone might be compelled to do that, but I've never cared enough to do it. It looks ugly.

    I have black electrical tape over the camera on my laptop and my phone. I don't take pictures of anything and I don't want anything taking pictures of me.

    I'm cute about it and hubby knows it. He is the one the cuts the small piece and places it neatly over the camera. It's small and precise. Did you know that Alexa and Sirius listens and records you too? I have neither of those and never will.

  • I was gifted one of those amazon speaking things but I even never used it. I also have Siri disabled. I have noticed though that I’ve had convos about things and then next day i get ads for them. It’s nothing I’ve looked up or typed on my phone, creepy stuff.
