Some suggest he is. I suggest nothing of the kind. I flat-out KNOW he's setting it!
Love or loathe it, Donald Trump is setting the agenda again
Yes. :-) I'm obsessed . . . with providing a counterbalance to your and Rosie G.'s obsession. See what fun this is? :-)
But on the odd chance you want it to stop, you do have input into the situation. Guess how? LOL!
Love your new avatar, BTW.
And spoil this special moment we have, you and I?
I'm still basking in the afterglow, but I'll get back to you soon, trust me. lol
A little fact that seems to be lost to both candidates.
As if/ever. :-)
He may be setting an agenda, but so far I think it's one of his own making. It works nicely when the media are happy to get the ratings for the latest obnoxious/paranoid/childish outburst. Whether it will work as well when the conversation moves on from hand size, walls and other nonsense to actual politics is something else entirely.
Who knows? Maybe he's hiding his political light under a bushel. Or maybe not. If not, unless he has a very able team (which is not in evidence so far) I think he will begin to struggle and any likelihood of setting any agenda will diminish accordingly.
1) I think the original (media) idea was to give Trump lots of air time to cement the nomination of what they thought at the time was THE most beatable candidate. Then, once he got the nod, they'd turn on him, obliterate him and thereby pave the way for the "first woman president." That backfired when people started supporting him in droves out of sympathy and/or simply because they've had it up to their eyeballs with the snobbish political elite and their smirking, supercilious sycophants.
2) Right now his numbers are stable whereas Hillary's are dropping like a stone. He could well slide into office on the underdog vote. Either way, if he wins, and no matter how he wins, he'll have the media and the statist quo to thank.
