For me, it's my father. Neither of us knows proper ballroom dancing, and we make up our own steps together as we go along at home, and have lots of fun doing it.

I sometimes give the dog a quick twirl around the living room.
If anything she is an even worse dancer than I am.

The Salsa teacher at a Latino club in the UK one time;
The lovely Moroccan man in a belly dancing club in Morocco;
Those are my two ever favourites, but they were transient encounters (of a beautiful kind).
I do not have a current dancing partner, favourite or otherwise. :(
