Trump is obviously surpassing Hillary, as the New Yorker Magazine is writing a series of articles on Trump's lies so far. Hillary? The email conspiracy started by the Republicans as a campaign strategy has gotten completely out of hand, as the reference right-wing Judicial Watch and Wikileaks as legitimate sources.

How do I know about GW Bush's lies? A book called "935 Lies", by Charles Lewis. He said it was named after GWB's lies. It's on record.
Hillary said she lied over 26000 times but when I researched it I found out she lied about that too.
Whoever is next in office will still be human with inherited sin and imperfection, no more no less. Hence I expect no more, nor any less. :)
