Are you a fan of the artist, "Hieronymus Bosch"?

Hieronymus Bosch was a Dutch/Netherlandish painter and draughtsman from Brabant.

He is one of the most notable representatives of the Early Netherlandish painting school.

His work contains fantastic illustrations of religious concepts and narratives.

Within his lifetime his work was collected in the Netherlands, Austria, and Spain, and widely copied, especially his macabre and nightmarish depictions of hell.

    Yes.
Even though I'm an atheist and not overly attracted to Christian themes,
I find Bosche's imagery shows human nature at its worst in all forms, at its best, and all the permutations in between.
For me, that is exactly what great art should do.

I never knew the artist, I guess. I've seen this style before, I don't know where exactly, and I like his stuff.
    :)

Not familiar with the artist, but I do love Michael Connelly's books with Hieronymus (Harry) Bosch, a police detective, as the main character.

I just had a set of Bosch brake pads installed on my car. They work fine.

Not a particular fan of Bosch . . . but to keep the ball rolling, and talking of Brabant and art, anyone know how the new-build 'Blue Brabant' is coming along? [This project comes close enough to pander to my affinity for the GC].
