It's almost coming up to the final trimester. He's trying to get as many votes as he can.

He's been harsh to EVERYONE. Perhaps we all just suck and need to be put down. So, one candidate hates us and the other lies to us.

    Hello gc:

He's NOT trying to get the black vote..  You know it.  I know it.  And, ALL the black people in America know it.  What he's TRYING to do, is get the middle class WHITE female vote, because they don't wanna vote for a racist.  Do you think he's fooling them?

    Hello Capn:

For one, he supports Voter ID, which suppresses the black vote.  That's quite harsh.

    Hello again, Capn:

That argument, of course, was made before a Federal Appeals Court..  They didn't buy it either.  Here's why.  When considering a Voter ID law, if he first question you ask is, what was the breakdown of the 2008 election by RACE, then your motives become clear..

Last month, a three-judge federal appeals panel struck down the North Carolina law, calling it "the most restrictive voting law North Carolina has seen since the era of Jim Crow." Drawing from the emails and other evidence, the 83-page ruling charged that Republican lawmakers had "targeted African-Americans with almost surgical precision."

You can call me a name now.

I am curious. What exactly has Trump done or said regarding Black Americans that is so harsh? All I have heard is him recognizing the facts and wanting to take real positive steps to make the lives of Black Americans better, especially those now living in poverty.

I can understand such charges about him regarding Hispanic illegal immigrants and immigrants from areas now embroiled in Islamist violence, even though if you really pay attention to what he said and not to what has been reported by left wing media, his comments have been specifically targeted against those who commit criminal acts or who pose a serious threat to the well being and safety of America.

There have been many Black Americans who know and have worked with or been friends of Trump and they have almost universally said that he is in no way a racist or a bigot and that he has gone out of his way to help people in need without regard to race or color.

As Trump himself has said, what has the Democrat Party really done, that helped Black Americans? Under President Obama and the Democrats, black poverty is way up; black employment is way down; black incomes have declined; and incarceration of blacks for non-violent crimes have increased.

I want Black Americans to succeed. I want to end poverty and inequality. I simply do not agree with the way in which Democrats have tried and failed for 50 years to improve Black Americans' lives.

If the government was a private business, and the constitution a company policy, you might have a point.

Not a great point, but a point still.
