    It is ubiquitous in the EU.  In the Savoy Region of France and Northern Italy you will actually have a Sunnyside up egg in the Middle pf your Pizza.  This is my favorite place in Rome, and italy for that matter

    I don't like to eat with my hand; I eat sandwiches with a fork and knife too.  I like fudge popsicles on a stick though.  I just really hate to get the food on my hands.

    It's usually D, the right way but I might not eat the pizza at all.  Something unfortunate might happen to it before I can eat it depending on the size of the insurance policy I can take out on it.

  • Some pizzas require the use of Option A if it's a hefty slice and the crust is thin. I agree that Option B is a monstrosity though.  These are the same people eating candy bars with a fork and knife as well.
