    I think it's more like they have an idea of what questions are likely to be asked so the prepare for them. Cheers!

  • IMHO, they should not be given any information on what questions will be asked,  but they should be given an ouline showing the topics that will be addressed.

    From what I've seen so far, I believe some of the candidates were spoon-fed details before entering the arena
