There actually is an official anthem for workers. It is "The Internationale" -- it is the rallying song of Marxist movements in Europe, dating back to the late 19th century.
Two songs come to mind: "Takin' Care of Business" and that songs the Wicked Witch of West's Guard's sing in the Wizard of Oz. It goes like this, "Hay ay oh, Hay oh oh. Hay ah oh, Hay oh oh."
