Eventually, after a few weeks of these informal friendly lunches, I said "I think it's time to ask you out on a real date." So, some guys are perfectly happy for things to start with friendship and to move slowly.We just celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary.  less

How about this: say outright and upfront: "I have anxiety and PTSD....but do you want to have lunch anyway?" And say it in good humor, with a smile on your face.

There are quite a few independent nurseries around here. In fact, two of them recently moved to new locations where they would have more space.We planted some shrubs and flowers recently that we bought from one.

I was never in the service. I did spend a few summers, as a teenager, at a summer camp where there was a rifle range. I shot a .22 rifle during those summers. I did so again during a 6 week Riflery course in college.
