If you're referring to the young lady that took those game animals in Africa it's because:
1. She did nothing wrong, illegal or immoral.
2. She and here father contributed to African wildlife welfare by helping to cull the herds of the animals. (Only a certain number of permits are issued to hunt those animals.)
3. She and here father paid handsomely to participate in that herd control by buying the licenses/permits at great personal expense.
4. Their paying for the privilege of hunting those animals contributed financially to the protection of endangered species like the black rino. (Those game wardens need to be paid for their services; they and their families gotta eat too.)
5. They contributed further to the local economy by buying food for themselves, paying for lodging and probably hiring a local hunting guide who was then able to feed his or her family from that guide fee.
And that's only the tip of that positive side of it.
So grow up and stop railing about the kid.

"Subsistence" the action or fact of maintaining or supporting one's self at a minimum level. " Subsistence Hunting"...Involves hunting for survival and utilizing the entire animal for food etc". Sustenance" food or drink considered as nourishment ".
Because it is legal to hunt. She and her father hunted legally and ethically with all the proper permits and licenses and the meat was donated to the needy.

I have to wonder whether it's really right to call the spouting off people do on social media "death threats". "This girl should be shot", "we should hunt HER for sport", etc, is all just signalling to let other people know that they find her behaviour deplorable, and so that other people will join in with similar vehement comments so that they feel strong. It's tribalistic and disgusting, but it's display behaviour, not a real threat as I see it.
A real threat would be "Hey, I know where you live, and I'm coming to slit your throat at (address)".
I don't consider trophy hunting to be ethical. Although if you can show me why there's a good reason for someone to go out and kill a giraffe, and that this girl and her dad did so for some overall beneficial purpose, I'm interested to know about it.
