    Boris looks like he combs his hair with a firecracker and he wears the worse fitting suits.  His shirt is always coming out of his pants, his pants are too long and his shirt cuffs stick out far to much.  Now that he's Prime Minister, he ought to find a decent barber and stop buying his clothes at Goodwill.
