  • White hot dogs to specific.  You fussed what it is but the "crumbles" are this meat hit sauce that is what makes it special.

Its two dogs or burgers over homefries , mac salad,( or baked beans if you want) and drenched in that sauce.

  • Lol,no it doesn't.  Cheese curds are the freshest cheese there is.  It's cheddar cheese before it is pressed Into a block.and aged.

  • No not like cottage cheese. They’re the freshest part of cheese that is skimmed off cheddar. They almost have a rubbery texture and really do squick when eat them lol. Also they’re a bit salty.

That’s why they’re used for poutine, because won’t completely melt when covered in hot gravy, the way normal cheese would. They’re sooo very good on their own. You can’t just buy them in a store, usually. I get a bag from cheese factories in my area when I gotta have some. If you ever get a chance, try some. :)

  • Most cheese is.  Cottage cheese doesn't even need bacteria culture.  You can make it by adding lemon juice or vinegar to fresh milk and heating too.
Its just cheese with the whey.

I suppose that is true. But cottage cheese tastes like milk that has set out and spoiled. Cheddar etc does not. Perhaps the spoiled taste is in the whey?
