That a second marriage is doomed. 

I am my husband's second wife...is my only marriage.  We will celebrate 25 years this New  Years Eve.
My Dad and stepMom are close to 40yrs. Both in their second marriage. 
My Grandfather had a second marriage that lasted at least 40yrs until his death. 

Of the long term marriages I know personally, they are split pretty evenly first vs second. 
I define long term as at least 10yrs.
