What Do You Think Will Happen When Clinton Wins the Electoral College Vote, But Loses the Popular Vote?

Right now that's how things are looking--i.e., a repeat of 2000 when Bush 'stole' the election from Al, "I invented the Internet," Gore.  Are we in for another round of "the election is/was rigged"?
