    10 seconds?
    Too long.
    As soon as the host starts asking the question, the voice recognition software will be starting the search.

    And what would be the point of having human contestants?

    Nah.  I wouldn't watch.

    Yeah.  And them.  We are devolving into what we choose to lead us.  We cannot tell the difference between an Obama and a Trump?  We are on our way DOWWWN and disappearing fast.

    That would not be testing the contestants' knowledge but their computer skills.  Nah, that is not where Jeopardy will go.  More likely the show will not change that much but contestants will have to have their chips turned off to participate in the show so as to rely solely on their own brain power.  That will be a challenge, I'm sure.
