    There seems to be fast food place named yiro.  I guess that is what he is talking about.  But yes, people who know Greek food know it's gyro.

    They can be made either way and there's no gamma in the Greek word, it starts with upsilon.

    It's a good thing I'm not Greek.
    I'm a New Englander.
    All the of our Greek restaurants run by Greeks spell them "Gyros" and they all use lamb which is the true, traditional method for preparing this dish.
