    If it's a negative mood I'll name it; depressed, irritable, tired, flat or low. Maybe grieving.
    I think it's helpful as a warning not to take things personally if I lose it and my responses are not as they should be.
    Often, if I catch myself saying the wrong thing, I'll apologise and ask for time out.

    It's mainly Ari whose affected. Living together 24/7 can be a trial at times.

    Have just discovered he has ADD.
    BFO - blinding flash of the obvious.
    But the discovery will make a huge difference. Now, finally, we can have an arsenal of strategies for coping.
