Yes, you can find us being silly, most nights.

    Not really, no.

I hate to admit that I eat more PopTarts than potatoes.

    That'd be a good idea, you're right.

This made me laugh.  Do you enjoy a pop tart with your ribeye.  ;)

I am so bummed about this, Zack.  I used to BE NUTS about anything potato.  I knew I could count on a baked, or mashed or French fried potato and be totally satisfied and now, they do not do it for me nearly as much.

    Sad.

I love potatoes but not the sweet orange ones.   I scrub them and just drop them right into the crock pot and let them cook 3.5 to 4 hours on high.  Then I usually leave them right there in the crockpot and cut them up then add any combination of butter, sour cream, cheese, or anything else...sometimes ranch dressing.  I muck/stir it up and it's delish. And it's piping hot unlike fixing your baked potato on your plate.   If I'm cooking any type of meat in the  crock pot I always add a few potatoes.  It's sad that potatoes have gotten more expensive.  I hate to admit that I remember when it was common to buy 5 lbs of potatoes for $1.00.  I remember them being a dime per pound.

Off the chart no, but I do eat them. Mashed, baked, in potato salad or chips (fries to you Yanks - what you call "chips" are crisps). My ancestry is predominantly Irish, so it's in my DNA.
