I heard it can explode and cause fires. What's up with that?
I heard it creates earhquakes in North Korea!
If only!
Stop telling the truth and let this rumor spread!
An operating system cannot explode.
There are no recalls on iPhone 7s. There are no news stories I can find about any exploding iPhone 7s.
I'm answering your original question. iPhone 7 is safe to use. iOS 7 is safe run.
An operating system cannot explode
The heck you say. Have you ever used Windows Vista?! Dude, I nearly lost an eye
never heard of it, dont even know what it is
Anything with a Lithium ion battery has the potential to explode and burn. Lithium is an extremely reactive metal, and the batteries have a very high energy density. Generally they are safe to use, but dangerous when damaged or shorted out. The product design makes all the difference. This is why those hoverboards were such an issue, because they had a design flaw that resulted in the battery burning up.
The recall is on the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, not Apple's iPhone 7.

That's a good reason to not own one.
