I know Obama will veto it, but if he didn't, what court would try this case? The UN?
I'm guessing the World Court in The Hague.... US citizens do not need permission to sue anyone !

This would tie up our courts and the families, even if they get judgments, would not be able to get paid. We don't have jurisdiction over Saudi Arabia. It's a precedent that doesn't need to be set. It's ridiculous anyway in my opinion if what I read is true, that the government paid those families a million dollars. That is how I feel. The act was upon our country. These people lost a loved one and that is horrible. Did the government pay the families for the soldiers killed at Pearl Harbor? We weren't at war with the Japanese. It's too much already.
I hope the president vetos the bill.
