Nuts do not lactate, ergo, they cannot produce milk.  If it doesn't come from an animal that has teats, I'm not drinking it.  I use 2% milk in my cereal every day and I can tolerate 1% if I have to, but I can't look at skim milk, even in cereal.  I have no dairy allergies nor am I lactose intolerant, so there's no reason for me not to drink regular milk.

  • I'm still consuming cow's milk, but I'm considering it. My mom has switched to almond milk. I've had it before and thought it was alright but haven't made the switch yet.
