Nuts do not lactate, ergo, they cannot produce milk. If it doesn't come from an animal that has teats, I'm not drinking it. I use 2% milk in my cereal every day and I can tolerate 1% if I have to, but I can't look at skim milk, even in cereal. I have no dairy allergies nor am I lactose intolerant, so there's no reason for me not to drink regular milk.

I'm still consuming cow's milk, but I'm considering it. My mom has switched to almond milk. I've had it before and thought it was alright but haven't made the switch yet.
