    If he didn't do all the OTHER things he has done, THIS would have been the SHOWPIECE of the JOKE of his Presidency.  But this pales in comparison to Putin and how Russia didn't do it, Putie said so.  And ... about 10,000 other blunders of gargantuan proportions.
