Can Y'all Give An Example Of A "Plurale Tantum"? I'll start...PANTS
A plurale tantum (Latin for "plural only", plural form: pluralia tantum) is a noun that appears only in the plural form and does not have a singular variant for referring to a single object.
Oooooooooooooo! That's a good one, Slarti, but...I think we need to research this. "Scissor Sister's" I believe there are exceptions to that word so I am not convinced it qualifies

lol You are correct. You'll notice that I never definitively dismissed your entry. I saw Scissors as a great word, but notice my edit as an afterthought. ;)
Insurance It's a single tatum too. What do you call that stuff? I know it is not a plurale tatum. But words that are the same single or plural. Like commerce.
Am I looking for time to come up with an answer? Yes. I will not google this. I must remember things that are obvious. Like glasses and scissors.
Randy won't like you taking my side on ANY answer. We fake hate one another. Especially when I answer him. He can NEVER say I did a good job on an answer except one time. I answer him every day. ONE TIME.
I don't know. How about I chew yours off and we'll see if it resembles. That just looks like a vomitous mess to me, though I can see the vague makings of a nipple from a woman of colour. But that picture way up above is a real stretch. Stretched out about the length of a horse phallus to be exact..
