Discussion»Questions»Human Behavior» What are the odds you will find yourself rocking in the fetal position asking "what have I done" tomorrow morning?
Actually, the only night I really get hammered is Friday, and not all of those. The morning after my 50th bday bash a few months back was forgettable. I had to find where my head had rolled to and put my eyeballs back in, they were bleeding. Saturday mornings are when you'll find me rocking in the foetal position ...
Is this why when you turned 40 you needed glasses? On my 40th birthday, my eyes went bad. I couldn't read the menu at my birthday dinner. It took me 10 years to get over my vanity and admit I needed glasses. I hope you were not as bad as me.
There were 2,600 opportunities to find other positions. Have you ever explored those on your Saturday mornings?
"Downward Dog" may be one your body might enjoy on those Special Saturdays...

I need glasses for distance, not up close - and didn't really need them until a year ago (49). The glasses actually make reading worse, so I either take them off or look under them to read.
That stopped in my 30's when I quit drinking. I never have that nightmare now. I have nightmares in my life, it's not that I don't. It is just that that one is long gone.
