I shut off Fox news so my wife wouldn't hear a bunch of BS. Cheers!

  • That was a close one. Hopefully you gave her a good dose of CNN to set things right.

It was a close one - its like it snuck up on me one moment I was watching The Prince Is Right then all of a sudden the room was filled with propaganda (I think my dog laid on the remote or I goofed up on a program setting). We only watch one news channel - BC National and BC Global. Cheers!

  • I didn’t freak out on my boss when he asked me to run over to our other building to fetch some papers because he PRINTED TO THE WRONG PRINTER AND IS TREATING ME LIKE A SECRETARY OR A DOG TELLING ME TO GO FETCH STUFF.

  • You should have brought him back half eaten papers and a guilty look on your face.

  • That wouldn’t have helped. He didn’t even want the papers anyway Cos reprinted to local. Just wanted me to go FETCH them and shred them. So I guess I may as well have ate them.

  • You should have given him green guilt for having that paper go to waste.

Are you back from your trip to Asia?  Or working WITH Asians?  I forget now.  Forgive me.  I have asked you plenty of questions because I am dying to hear about this adventure, but we keep missing one another and if you answered me, I missed the reply.

It's the site, not me.  If memory serves me, you went to New York and worked with Asians who treated you like this guy is treating you.   This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at September 30, 2019 5:01 PM MDT

I refrained from making an obscene gesture at the driver who nearly ran me down in the supermarket parking lot.

  • Pay it forward to someone else on the way home.

Wait, you want Jane to run someone else over?  I’m shocked and horrified!

  • NEARLY run someone over.  She shouldn't have to share in the frustration alone.

I bring a lot of food to the break room table.  I don't care who eats it.  Do NOT care.  The petty lunch fights bore me.

And no one guesses I steal food too.  I mean I am like Robin Hood. We all do it, but I give back.  That's my good sort-of-deed.

Hey, who ate my sandwiches and left all this wheat germ in their places?

  • So you steal food from the executives and give it to the entry-level people?

  • Does your sandwich fascination target a specific kind or does it encompass anything housed between bread?
