Not a lawyer but...Mike Pompeo LIED about listening in on the WHISTLEBLOWER CALL. HE LIED ABOUT IT. WHY? WHY?

Okay. Here's why. He doesn't WANT TO BE SUBPOENA'D.  That is WHY.  NOW MAYOR RUDY HAS THROWN HIM UNDER THE BUSSSS.  Now Secretary Mikey may have to get a job as a real secretary after this faux pas.  In the PRISON from HELL.

    He lied by omission and now he's going down for sedition.

    You know when.  When he hid in the dark and listened in to Trump's phone call.  Then lied that he knew nothing about it.  Then admitted he listened in to the WHOLE THING.  

    Now it's subpoena time, major dude.

    Ok. That he did...he did not volunteer that he was listening to the call. 

    I did not see him say he knew nothing of the call. I seen him talk about the call but not say he listened in.

    And he looked so stupid when he did it.  He squirmed and nervously giggled to himself and you could see the wheels moving in his head thinking OH GOD KILL ME NOW.  

    He is an arrogant pompous jerk who thinks he is protected and can thumb his nose at the Press and the House.
