Discussion»Questions»Health and Wellness» What time do you usually go to sleep? I used to go sleep between around 11:30ish, but lately I fight to keep eyes open until 9:30. I hate it
Key element is the oil. It comes from the peel, I think. It doesn't come from the fruit within at the acidity. I do like the fact you use it. It is much more natural than other products out there completely man made.
Oh Randy D, You are so kind and caring. I am feeling much better today, I'm awake and not feeling tired. Do you want to go line dancing? We can invite everyone on AM. We can dance the night away.
When the days get shorter, I tend to want to go to bed earlier. My understanding is this has to do with circadian rhythms which respond to light and dark and control sleep/wake cycles among other things. Those of us who get significantly shorter days in the winter will notice it more. Since I am retired, I just go to bed when I'm sleepy and wake up naturally; I don't have a set bedtime.
If you would be so kind, please send me a copy of the book on how to successfully do this. ;) :)

I have always been an early bed/early riser. (Never been a night owl) Even as a kid, I would eat dinner and ask if I could go to bed...I would get up at 5:00 (no alarm) and watch TV until time to get ready for school which did not start until 8:30.
For me the main thing is lay down before 10:00. And set the alarm for 5:00. If you make yourself get up at 5:00 every morning, getting tired earlier with come on its own.
When I read your answer it reminded me that one night couple years ago.we stayed up till 8am or some faaaked up thing talking. I didn't sleep right for a week after that lol.
Lol :) you probably don’t remember. I was sober that night and was baffled that I was able to stay up all night talking about random stuff. Then I told you you couldn’t sleep that day Cos I wasn’t so that wouldn’t be fair... then I went and slept all day ;p
I have nowhere I have to be until Sunday...I guess I could crawl to And from my car there...
