Have you ever been in a bar that only serves Rye and beer? I was once.. I think it must have been a biker bar. Welby’s post of....

“what’s up” song reminded me of that night Cos some guy in the back seat of the car while we were driving there was playing that song on guitar and I was singing it in the front. ... then we ended up in a scary biker rye bar and then... I forget where I was going with this post... that’s fine. Just answer whatever my original question was Cos I don’t feel like figuring out what I was asking.

    Vodka and grapefruit juice is usually my bar drink, so if I were in a Rye and Beer bar, I would not be drinking, so I'm unsure.

  • Oh!!! I remember now... yeah it was the weirdest little Hick bar I ever went in... I’m surprised we didn’t get murdered or something. we didn’t belong there but all drunk as’ and play pool.

    I don't think there are any of those in Australia. Beer, sure - but more Aussies drink Rum or Scotch than Rye, which isn't actually a drink, it's drain cleanser. Flavoured gasoline.
