Yup. Anytime I lent my car to my daughter who is about 4 inches shorter than me. She would have the seat pulled way up against the wheel and the mirror tilted in a weird angle. Never mind that the air conditioner would be set to full blast, along with the volume of a radio with a station I would never set on my car. Aaargh!
