That is stretching the truth. You can because you are an avid runner and know about cardio training. You, therefore, know about conditioning and stretching. I know you eat well. I call FIB. Thank goodness you are well enough to do such a task. Have you considered calling a home nurse? I mean, for both of you! One for her and one for you. That would be ideal.

Element‘s cell phone* last pinged off of a tower 15 miles outside of town on the expressway, and then it suddenly went silent. Of course, I have an alibi for the entire day; I was in civil court defending myself against a frivolously filed restraining order . . .
