And to paint, play the piano, and explore.

I wrote a poem once about a man with a mole on the end of his nose.  I'm waiting for it to go viral on the internet before I write another one.  :   )

I dislike writing even though I won 7th place in a major newspaper essay contest. (they said there were 1000 other entries)  Not bad for a mediocre English student in high school. I ate prime rib at the awards dinner.

Yes, I'm a compelled writer myself.  Even as a kid I was thrilled with a gift of a new writing pad and mechanical pencil/leads.  Most kids thought that was a dumb gift.  They knew they could bring it to me.

It was a thrill for me, as a kid, to scrounge up enough money to buy 500 sheets of typing paper and use my sister's toy typewriter.

  • Piano was gifted to me....writing not so much (thinks back to the one time I attempted to write a science fiction story).
