    Now I will go on to contradict myself.  

    Answer:  That it is gonna suck. Some music that is loud, EXTREMELY LOUD...is quite effective.

    I love this SONG.  It is music.  It is art.  It is conceptual art.  By sound.

    It can't harm your ears and hinder your ability to hear, especially as you get older.

    Just about any concert I've attended, well, they were too loud.  Perhaps the Al Stewart accustic concert was not too bad?  My ears are not the best after decades of motorcycling activities.
