Answermug is mostly a 'template' ; it wasnt built from scratch

I asked JA. I think if it would had been built from scratch, it would be a bigger achievement, and maybe would had attracted more people.

  • I have a question.

    How is this a question?

    It is obviously a statement

    which is not a question.

And if its not a question,

then why is it listed in the questions?

    That's my only statement.

    Any questions?

    I DO! I DO!

Was not one of your posts yanked lickity-split for being a comment categorized as a question? This post was edited by Jon at December 19, 2019 7:04 AM MST

  • Yes you can but you must categorize it properly as a statement.  Yours was not originally done so.  I noticed however that it was later changed.  I don't know if that was done by you or one of the moderators but the problem has been corrected now.

Only the mods can change the category in which a post appears. (I disagree wholeheartedly with them doing it, by the way.)

  • That's very interesting.  You'd think that given the amount of time I've spent here I would be aware of these things.  I know we can go back in and change how our question is worded and even change things in the description area like pics and gifs posted with the question but I had no idea we couldn't change the category of our own question.  That's kinda nutz!

Then why don't you join forces with JA, give her $10,000, and make it so. She would appreciate it. It won't attract more people, but I'm sure she would like your donation. You would get a billion credits and be number one on the leader board...ahead of Randy and me. This post was edited by Element 99 at December 19, 2019 7:06 AM MST

Nice suggestion. we could try building Answermug from scratch, and improve its design. and do things to attracts more people online.

more traffic = more money  ( if we put some ads )
