Any farm-made (as opposed to factory-made) cheese: Havarti, Swiss, Colby, Gruyere, Manchego and most Cheddars, Parmesan, Chevre, Feta, Limburger, Provolone, Gouda, Port Du Salut, Brie, Bleu Cheese and Edam. Stilton, Asiago, Camembert, Gorgonzola, home-made curd cottage cheeses, etc.

Unprocessed cheese is cheese in its natural form without the addition of emulsifiers or preservatives and with the whey removed in the cheese-making process.

Trick question. Milk is the answer. As soon as it is curdled with rennet, it is processed.

Oil - I heard that oil is one of the ingredients in  some of those processed cheese slices. Cheers!

Most cheap cheeses are not cheese at all.....they are made from fat ,oil and chemicals and most all pizza chains use processed cheese....you can tell the dodgy ones as they drip fat off them while they are still piping hot..
Melted cheese solidifies quickly as it chills at normal room tempretures

You can use spoilt milk, but an acid or rennet works better. Adding those is processing it.

    Cow Juice

But the correct answer is that unprocessed cheese has the whey removed and contains no preservatives, salt, and other goodies. This post was edited by Jon at December 18, 2019 2:57 PM MST

    I don't work for credits.

You must offer either Asian pear slices or quatloos...

    300 quatloos for the newcomer!
