Would women who hate women be considered misanthropes?

No, just a misogynist. Why you ask?

Not accurately speaking, no.
Misanthropes dislike all human beings, or humanity in general.

Misogynists dislike women only.

A surprising number of women dislike other women. 
Though I think it's not necessarily all women but a tendency to dislike certain types of women:
someone who reminds them of their mother, an abusive female relative, a bully from school, 
or it can be from jealousy, envy or competition of some kind.

They are considered psychopaths.  

No.  Most intelligent women I know agree that feminism has done nothing but degrade women and harm society and culture.  While that is not hating women in general, it is the reason many woman ARE hated.
