My culinary skills are mad (Merlin, I forgot to add that to the list).

Cooking is so much fun and I strive to be adventurous while learning techniques & preparing new dishes.
When I make something for Twinkles, the enjoyment I get from seeing him enjoying what I layout before him is beyond description.

Yes, I do a great veggie omelette and my pork chops taste better than any I've gotten at a restaurant.

  • My homemade pizza is better than a lot of our local pizza places.  I think my cakes can be better too since I use better ingredients.

I love my soup, a better term would be stew because it's so think.  I make it with lots of vegetables,
    my current batch is
absolutely wonderful.  I'll be sad when I run out.

I think homemade is always better if you know how to cook.
