Well, people have already done amazing things with avocados and a panini press. What do you think the newest superfood will be?

Nope. What I balked was the avocados.

I utterly despise that vile and putrid scum.  It’s either worse than or just as bad as Vegemite and mayonnaise.

I could eat avocados all day, everyday, in everything. Food of the Gods!

    (everyday every day)

See?  That’s what avocados and guacamole do yo you; it’s creeping into your normally sharp mind and causing you to make grammatical errors. Put down the pipe, get the monkey off your back. Just say no. (Grrrrrrrrr.)

It’s not the avocados. It’s just late and I am sleepy. Don’t blame my sweet, green fruits.

    Humans aren't always improving things.

I can give many examples... but let us look at houses for one example.... there are many houses that exist that were built more than a century ago that still stand... the houses being built today will do good to last 50 years.

As for sandwiches, I have even seen decline here... the other day I saw someone is using pickles instead of bread to make sandwiches...!!!

True - the ancient Romans developed a concrete that could last thousands of years, modern materials technology can't match it. The only reason that the Coliseum is in ruins is that the mediaeval Roman population stole pieces of it to build and repair the substandard dwellings of the later period. Sadly we are declining and no one seems to care.

I like to use this analogy when people assume that they are pointing out what they believe is a completely unfamiliar concept to me, that language evolves: over centuries, humans have evolved in their efficiency in killing not only each other, but also in killing every species of fauna and every type of flora imaginable. Just because something evolves does not automatically mean it has evolved, is evolving, or will evolve in a positive way.

    Too much progression causes regression...

We focus so much on improving new things that we forget to maintain basic things.
