  • Same, for as dramatic as I can be at times, I don’t give much “Bang” to leaving any situation. when I’m done, I just go.

    Yup, me, too.
    :)

But, also, I've been told way more than once that I'm quite the life of any party. I'm a blast to be around it seems. Weird.
    :)

  • Haha same :) you’d be fun to hangout with... and I know you wouldn’t try to take advantage of me at the end of the night...we might fight over men though ;)

I never burn any bridges. I sort of just fade away, but leave my options open for a similarly drama-free return.

  • Smart Lady, I’ve burned a few bridges in my day, but as I get older,  I don’t feel the need or want to.

Quietly out the front door except once when I left a job at which I was sexually harassed by my boss.  On my way out, I told him, in front of everyone, that I thought he was an unmitigated pr*ck.  I knew I would never use that job as a reference anyway.  If that happened today, I would have sued him for every penny.

  • Good for you telling him off,  I’m sure that wasn’t easy back then.

No, back then your choices were to stay and take the crap or look for another job.  I left.

If it's a small group I'll say a friendly - but not too protracted - good-bye to each person.
If it's large I'll slip away unnoticed.
