On the "Hotel California" LP album, written in the run out grove next to the record label is written " VOL is FPL"...... What's that mean ?

I get the idea that ElChappo36 enjoys testing people in a playful sort of way. That's fine. It's a sign of an agile, active mind, which is one of the things I happen to like in women. It sounds like someone raised her kind of like I raised my daughter, to stand on her own feet and not to rely on anyone else to do her thinking for her.
