This really is a case about separating the art from the artist. I can't answer my own question because I never had anything from Michael Jackson in my mp3 collection but in this case did you separate the art from the artist and keep your Michael Jackson songs or was being accused of molesting children enough to make you delete them. less

Thanks. My entry unfortunately doesn't mention anyone by name but dIRS reference a person. It is Hall & Oates "Rich Girl" from 1976. In a later interview, they stated that the girl in question was actually a guy who one of them knew, and who had poor perception of other people based on his inherited wealth and his way of comparing his life to theirs. The duo surmised that the song would be a bigger hit if they changed the gender to female.~ less
